“Memoriam” is a first-person puzzle adventure game that unfolds a deeply personal narrative. This game, which I conceptualized, offers an immersive interactive experience that juxtaposes moments of peace with the tragic and triumphant aspects of human existence. The aim is to foster a profound understanding of human values and the preciousness of peaceful moments. Players engage in creating music amidst the backdrop of war sirens, gather words to pen a book and collect historical music to curate a harmonious soundscape. This project provided me an opportunity to express a personally significant and inspirational idea, utilizing valuable public domain resources such as music. The game draws inspiration from notable references, including “The Great Gatsby”.
